As a training and research consultant he has worked in various leadership-centered projects in Tanzania and Poland, with experience in community research and training work development (good governance, health) sector focusing on international relations, regional integration, diplomacy, conflict resolution, peace and foreign policy particularly of Tanzania.

He is currently pursuing his Doctoral Studies in Political Science and Public Administration at Maria Curie Sklodwowska University and holds a Masters of Arts in International Relations from Maria Curie Sklodowska both in Poland, a Post Graduate Diploma in Economic Diplomacy from the Centre for Relations (CFR) in Tanzania  and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration  from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. 

He published an op-ed on ‘‘What leaders can do to ensure that peace and security is achieved and sustained in Africa?’.’
