She leads the projects implementations at ILI Tanzania and contributes to the day to day  operational, strategic and   technical expertise to projects implemented in Tanzania and regionally , she also determines the overall ILI project parameters by developing project plans in line with social behavioural change needs at community level.

She is passionate about education and community engagement with great skills in handling partner relations and engagement.
