As a Co-Founder of Imara Leadership Initiative , Ghana Office , he brings a strategic vision, a commitment to innovation, and a deep understanding of development challenges, positioning organizations to achieve sustainable growth, operational excellence, and meaningful social impact.

Nicholas Adzaho is a development professional with multidisciplinary expertise in health policy, governance, peacebuilding, Disability Inclusion and Accessibility and strategic management. He holds a Master’s degree in Health Policy, Planning and Management and has specialized knowledge in Gender, Peace and Security. Nicholas has built extensive experience in the development sector, having worked for the United Nations and other International NGO’s to advance sustainable development, institutional strengthening, and community resilience initiatives.

His professional background includes service at the Office of the President, where he worked as a Research Assistant on peace and security matters, contributing to policy research, analysis, and evidence-based decision-making, especially preventing Violent Extremism in Ghana. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong leadership in program management, stakeholder engagement, research, and public policy development.
