She is a dynamic legal professional and emerging thought leader specializing in Information Technology Law, with a blend of academic, corporate, and consulting expertise.
Demonstrates a proven capacity to bridge complex legal frameworks with practical business and governance applications, particularly in digital transformation, e-governance, and data-driven sectors. Core strengths include translating intricate IT law concepts into actionable insights for financial institutions, managing critical stakeholder and shareholder operations,moderating conversation on various topics like digital transformation, female and youth empowerment, education technology and fostering digital literacy through academic facilitation and public speaking. Experience is anchored in the Ghanaian context, with a strong record of enhancing corporate processes at major banks and contributing to continental dialogues on youth empowerment and legal education.
She holds an LL.B and a Masters in Information Technology Law. She is also a trained Public Speaker who hosts and moderates seminars and webinars in Africa, she is currently a student of the Ghana School of Law and a Part-time teaching assistant with University of Ghana.
